Any date change must be made 30 days before arrival. There is no refund for any cancellation.
Any cancellation or date change made 30 days or less before arrival or no show will incur the full reservation charge.
In the event of MCO (no interstate travel), paid deposit can be carried forward up to 1 year
Tekek Jetty to Barat Tioman Land Transfer
Guest may take a taxi from Tekek jetty to Barat Tioman at Juara Village (journey 30mins ) or guest may order our 2way resort transfer at RM60 adult / RM40 child (3-12yrs). Guests are advised to inform us on the ferry PORT OF DEPARTURE & TIME ( from Mersing Jetty or Tanjung Gemok Jetty). Our driver will track your arrival time at Tekek Jetty with the ferry company after you provide the above information. If you need assistance during the journey, please text us at +6017 362 3311 or call resort at +609 419 3288 when you board the ferry, so that we could send our driver to standby at Tekek Jetty. Driver will carry a signboard with The Barat Logo.
